Frances is our Director, Agile Coach and Trainer.

Frances cut her teeth in the Financial Services and the software world as a Pension Consultant and then a Business Analyst and has worked within Agile Teams for many large companies, such as Standard Life,  Student Loans Company, Scottish Prison Service, Sopra Steria, JP Morgan, Royal London, Scottish Widows, Prudential, RBS and Baillie Gifford.

Progressing from a BA, she spent some years as a Scrum Master and Proxy Product Owner, progressing to training, coaching and mentoring new Product Owners, Scrum Masters and teams. Frances likes to think of herself as a PRODUCT COACH, as much of her experience and passion is around the product management space.

More recently, she has turned her experience to Agile Coaching and since 2019 focussed much more on coaching and designing and delivering Training courses, using the 4Cs method from Sharon Bowman to deliver an interactive experience.  She is also an ICAgile Authorized Instructor.

Frances is also an advocate for including Engineering Practices as part of your Agile transformation, and enjoys running the Phoenix Project Simulation to illustrate the benefits of DevOps.

Frances holds the coveted ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), and is an Associate Certified Coach certified by International Coaching Federation.
